1) Candidates have been stuck at $150K (+/-) year income level and don’t know how to reach the next level.
2) Experience in residential Real Estate sales, wanting to switch to commercial to avoid weekend work.
3) No experience necessary in Real Estate, but possesses determination and drive to make things happen.

Requirements:
1) Minimum 4-day workweek. Mon.-Thurs. from 9:00am-7:00pm is a must! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
2) Fridays 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
3) YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT REAL ESTATE LICENSE!
